Wendy began her career with Washington Mutual where she spent 10 years in banking and mortgage lending. The past 11 years has been divided between two local mortgage brokerage firms, where her volume consistently ranked her as one of the top 5 loan officer’s within the company.

Wendy’s extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry includes Custom Construction and Lot Acquisition loans, as well as purchase and refinance programs ranging from first-time buyers to luxury estate purchases.

Wendy’s business has been built by the referrals of satisfied clients and real estate professionals. She is customer-service driven, thorough and detail oriented. She believes that communication is the key to every successful transaction and demonstrates this with weekly written status reports and update calls.

Wendy’s credentials include a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Outside the office Wendy enjoys music, outdoor activities, spending time with her incredible husband and three children and, when time permits, traveling is one of her favorite things to do.
